Sophie I believe her name was—genuinely the kindest most welcoming person I’ve ever met. I loved our interaction, there was never a time she wasn’t making sure I was comfortable. and she did a great job on my lashes, especially considering I had no idea what I was looking for. And not to mention, I got in superrrr last minute and had an amazing experience!! Will definitely be going back!

Brooke is amazing at hair whether it’s coloring or styling! I am consistently overjoyed after getting my hair done with her because it always turns out how I want and absolutely beautiful! I have been going to bloom for over a year and a half & have had the pleasure of seeing a few different stylists due to my crazy schedule: they are all so amazing and impress me every time!
